6/10/13

Yesterday was a struggle as i tried to keep my 8 min. mile pace. My first mile was a 9:20 and my second mile was an 8:40. I'm slowing working my way up to my long runs!

Today was another tough but more successful workout! 6 power cleans 15 kettlebell swing and one lap around the track. We did as many sets as possible in 20 minutes so it was a quick workout. I'm quite tired and exhausted as i type this. But i'm getting more excited as i'm training for the marathon in November!
